A residential icon in the heart of Buenos Aires
Torre Belgrano is an 18-story mixed-use building in the Belgrano neighborhood of Buenos Aires. The project combines 96 high-end residential units with premium amenities and ground-floor commercial spaces.
The main technical challenge was construction on an 800 m² lot in a densely urbanized area. Konstrudesch implemented climbing formwork technology that reduced construction times and improved finishing quality.
The building obtained energy efficiency certification level A and was recognized as the outstanding project of the year in the residential category.
