Founded in 2004 by Ing. Marcelo Kondratavicius, Konstrudesch was born with a clear vision: to build with technical rigor, meet deadlines and leave a lasting mark on every project. In two decades, that vision became over 150 projects completed across 8 Argentine provinces.

Founded
Marcelo Kondratavicius founded Konstrudesch with a team of 5 professionals in Rosario.
First major road contract
Awarded a 12 km paving project in Buenos Aires Province.
Industrial expansion
Construction of the first 10,000 m² industrial plant in Santa Fe.
National presence
Active operations in 6 provinces with over 80 completed projects.
Airport division
Inauguration of the first passenger terminal designed and built by Konstrudesch.
ISO certification

Founder & CEO
Civil engineer with over twenty years of experience in highly complex works. Throughout his career he led road infrastructure, industrial construction and airport projects for some of Argentina's largest construction companies. Konstrudesch is his next step: a company where every decision bears his name and every project gets his direct attention.
